  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt, to taste
