Ingredients

• 1lb ground meat(venison, pork, beef, chicken, etc)
• 1lb ground chorizo
• 1 can Rotel tomatoes
• 14oz tomato sauce
• 1 packet taco seasoning(or the equivalent, homemade, which is what I do)
• 2T olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 can black beans
• 4oz asadero(or other Mexican white, melting cheese) grated or sliced
• 4oz pepper Jack, grated
• 1/4 cup milk
• ** a prepared queso blanco can probably be subbed, here. About a cup, and still add the butter, sour cream and Cotija, as below
• 2T butter
• 1 cup Cotija cheese, shredded
• 8oz sour cream
• 6 8inch flour tortillas
• sliced black olives, sour cream guacamole, sliced green onions and fresh cilantro for serving

This Is A Layered Mexican Flavor Inspired Casserole...similar To What Is Often Called Mexican Lasagna, But I Haven't Found One Just Like This, Yet. :) The Title Translates To "Tasty Chaos"... Thanks To LB For The Name! :)
