- 1/2 block of cubed firm tofu
- 2 carrots cut in rings
- 10 sugar Snaps
- C)
- 1/2 cup of fresh chopped up basil leaves
- 1/2 cup pf fresh chopped up cilantro
- 1 Cup of sugar snaps
