Apricot Baked Ham Diabetic Friendly Recipe


  • Ingredients:
  • ½ fully cooked ham with bone in ( 5 to 7 pounds)
  • 20 cloves
  • ½ cup Light or sugar-free apricot preserves ( Smucker or Equivalent )
  • 3 Tbs. dry mustard
  • ½ cup Splanda brown sugar or equivalent


I Took The Triditional Recipe And Converted It To A Diabetic Friendly. The Apricot And The Brown Sugar Give It A Fantastic Taste. The Non- Diabetic Version Was Posted By Marge Clark In The Taste Of Home Magazine Dec/Jan Of 1995.
