Amanda's Raw Nut Pate Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews or 1 1/2cup almonds (Soaked for 8 hours)
  • salt or miso Paste (to taste)
  • lemon juice ( from 1 lemon)
  • olive oil (to desired consistancy)
  • fresh herbs (ie. cilantro, parsley, dill etc.)
  • garlic or onion
  • optional - cumin, maca, kelp powder
