Au Gratin Roquefort Potatoes Recipe


  • About 15 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I like to make my own)
  • 3 tablespoons butter for bread crumbs


This Potato Dish Serves 24, And Is The Perfect Side Dish With Many Meats. Great For Buffets. Guests Love It.
