- 6 Slices turkey bacon (Or your favorite Bacon)
- 10 ozs fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Half of Large onion
- 2 cans rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 jar premade alfredo sauce
- 12 oz cheese (I used mozzarella and Parmesan)
- salt an pepper, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- italian seasoning, to taste
- 2 tbs of olive oil
