Artichoke Pilaf Recipe


  • 1-1/2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 canned artichoke hearts


Tried And True Estate Sale Recipe. I Obtained This Recipe From An Estate Sale In 1992. Since I Am The World's Great Fan Of Artichokes And Rice I Had To Make This One Right Away. It Is Now A Regular In Our Home. Everyone Loves It.
