- 1 cup sweet peas
- 1 cup diced baked ham
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup water
- 1/2 recipe basic savory crust (recipe included), rolled out to the size of the pan
- BASIC savory PIE CRUST:
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups cold lard or solid vegetable shortening
- 4 to 5 tablespoons ice water
