Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- juice from 4 lemons
- 1 tbsp of salt (15ml)
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (125ml)
- 3 tbsp of ground almonds (15ml)
- 1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger (15ml)
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tsp of paprika (15ml)
- 2 tsp of garam masala (10ml)
- 1 tsp of turmeric (5ml)
- 1/2 tsp of freshly ground pepper (2.5ml)
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (2.5ml)
- extra virgin olive oil

I Use This As A Marinade And Then BBQ The Chicken.
