  • 1/2 Cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 Cup bottled apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chile con Limon powder
  • * You may sub chili powder if you cannot find Chie Con Limon
  • 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 large or 2 red onion, julienned
  • 1 Large or 2 Medium jicamas peeled, fine julienne
  • 1 medium Jar roasted red peppers, julienned
  • 5 -6 granny smith apples Peeled, Cored, Sliced and Julienned
