Peanut Tuna And Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • • 8 slices of bread, your choice of kind.
  • • 8 slices of swiss cheese, more or less to suit, room temp.
  • • About ½ cup of chopped peanuts. Chop until chinks are about the size of a grain of rice.
  • • 1 can of flaked tuna, in water, drained. I use lightly sautéed fresh tuna (super delicious) but canned works.
  • • Real mayonnaise, to suit your taste.
  • • 1 small stalk of celery, chopped small.
  • • ½ tsp Dijon mustard, to taste.
  • • Pinch of parsley.
  • • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.

I Must Be Kidding. I’m Not Kidding. They Are Delicious. I Make One Of These For Lunch Quite Often. If I Happen To Have Them On Hand, I Use Walnuts But Peanuts Are The Norm. I Prefer Swiss Cheese But Whatever Kind Suits You. Can You Leave Out The Peanuts
