Apple Sausage Breakfast Ring Recipe


  • 2 pounds lean unflavored bulk sausage
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. crushed butter crackers (Ritz)
  • 1 tart, grated apple (peeled)
  • 1/2 C. minced onion
  • 1/4 C. milk


This Was In A Food And Wine Mag Years And Years Ago. I Usually Make It For Christmas Brunch, Since It Can Be Made Ahead And Baked While The Packages Are Being Opened. Just Scramble Up Enough Eggs To Fill The Center After The Ring Is Baked. Very Good
