Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 10 mushrooms (Button or Cremini) Thinly sliced
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken Breasts (sliced into 1/2 inch strips)
- 1 Cup Dry While wine
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 Cup flour for thickening
- 1/2 Cup sour cream (Can use 1/3 Cup regular cream instead)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 Ounces Extra wide egg noodles
Description
I Was Looking For A Different Way To Cook Chicken And Came Up With This One. It Was So Yummy, I Liked It Even Better Than My Beef Stroganoff Recipe. I Served Garlic Asparagus And French Bread Along With It.
