Ingredients
- 1/2 bartlett pear-sliced and cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 green apple-shredded (soaked in orange juice to keep from turning brown)
- 1/2 an endive head-sliced
- small handful of bitter green such as baby arugula
- 2 TBSP crumbled blue cheese
- fresh cracked pepper from a mill
- dressing
- 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBSP maple syrup (or honey or sugar)
- 1 clove of garlic-crushed
- regular olive oil (not virgin)-to taste-about 4-6 TBSP
