Asparagas Frittata Recipe


  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb. asparagas, tough ends snapped off,spears cut diagnolly into 1"lengths
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar, gruyere or swiss cheese


This Dish Uses Asparagas At The Peak Of The Season When They Are Cheap And Beautiful! Makes A Super Easy And Inexpensive Dinner. I Found It In Simply Recipes.
