Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar (I used dark brown)
- 3-4 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup oil (I used peanut)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (I used 2%, but you could use soy)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour (I used 1 cup white & 1 cup wheat)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cream cheese frosting
- Optional: toasted coconut, sliced bananas, chopped walnuts
