- 25g granulated sugar (37,5 ml / 3 tablespoons)
- 10 ml baking powder (2 teaspoons)
- 1 ml salt (quater teaspoon)
- 125 g butter or margarine, room temperature(quater pound / 125 ml / half a cup)
- 3 egg yolks from large eggs
- 15 ml cold water (3 teaspoons)
- Filling:
- 75 ml smooth apricot jam (6 tablespoons)
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g sugar (half a pound / 250 ml / 1 cup)
- 160 g shredded coconut (6 ounces / 500 ml / 2 cups)
