- 3-4 pieces peeled ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinammon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT SOYSAUCE
- 2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
