- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup light or fat-free mayonnaise
- ¾ cup white wine vinegar
- 6 packets Equal or equivalent
- 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 package ( 10-oz ) mixed salad greens
