Asian Salmon Recipe


  • salmon. any cut really, but i recomend a whole side(skinned) of a 3-4 pound salmon.
  • one onion(any) diced
  • tbsp of red pepper flakes
  • tbsp of ground black pepper
  • 3 cups of soy sauce
  • one quart of apple juice concentrate
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of sesame oil


This Is A Delicious Alternative To Smoked Salmon, Its Light, Moist, And Asian In Flavor. Served Chilled.
