Apricot Chutney Or Kubani Ki Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried apricots
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 3/4 to 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nigella seeds(kalonji)
  • 1/4 tsp Carom seeds(ajwaiin)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(zeera)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar

Description

Serve With Samosas,Pakoray Etc. As A Dip.Makes 3 Cups Of Chutney.
