Artichoke Mushroom Tart Recipe


  • 1 pie crust, frozen prepared or homemade
  • 1 can whole artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms or saute fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard


I Have Not Tried This Recipe But It Sounds Good... It Can Be Made Gluten Free By Using A GF Pie Crust..the Recipe Is From The C.W. Worth House Wilmington, North Carolina
