Ingredients
- 3 medium sized chicken breasts
- approx 10-12 stalks of asparagus
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs ( I like the corn flake crumbs)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 c lemon juice
Description
This Dish Is A Lot Simpler Than It Appears. I Made It For The First Time Last Night Using Ingredients I Already Had And It Turned Out Great. If You Love Chicken, Cheese, And Garlic But Still Like A Healthy Meal This Is The Way To Go!
