Ingredients
- 2¾ cups cake flour

- ¾ teasp salt
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
- 1¾ cups sugar
- 4 eggs, large, at room temp
- ½ tbsp vanilla
- ½ tbsp almond extract
- 1½ cups milk (recipe calls for whole milk but I use skim) at room temp
