- 7 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 ripe avocadoes sliced into wedges
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

These Are Incredible. My Friend And I Were Experimenting With Some Leftover Salmon And Came Up With This Concoction. It Is So Incredibly Good And A Nice Twist On The Average Tostada. Enjoy
