Antipasto Cheese Pie Recipe


  • 8 oz can Pillsbury Crescent dinner rolls
  • 6 oz part skim mozzarella
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut in julienne strips
  • 1/2 cup slice fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 6 thin salami slices
  • 6 pitted black olives


This Recipe Comes From A Pillsbury Recipe Booklet That Was A Free Give-away Back In 1987. I Have Not Made This Particular Recipe But It Did Look And Sound So Good That I Had To Share It.
