Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mung bean sprouts
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cornstarch (mix in water)
  • 1/4 low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound dry wonton noodles
  • 2 medium celery medium sliced
  • 1/2 white onion medium sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage meduim sliced
  • 1 green onion (scallion, spring onion) long sliced
  • 2 glove garlic chopped
  • 4 tbsp of sesame oil
  • ** snowpeas and mushroom can be use if desire
