Ingredients
- ½ kilo of frozen peas
- ¼ bunch of fresh parsley. Finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 medium size potatoes
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can of whole tomatoes with juice, blended
- 2 cups of water
- (Note: During summer I use fresh peas and fresh ripe tomatoes)
Description
Another Lenten Delicious Dish Cooked The Way They Cook It In The Greek Monasteries. The Tastes Of The Peas, Carrots And Parsley Were Wonderfully Enhanced By The Taste Of The Oil.
