- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tblsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup salted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tblsp. butter, softened
- 3 ounces chocolate, chopped (milk or dark)
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- Ganache:
- 1-1/4 pounds of chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
