Macroni And Cheese-healthy Way Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried pasta (elbows, small shells, fiora, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1 cup fat free evaporated milk
  • 1 cup small curd fat free cottage cheese-plain or with chives
  • 1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tbsp Dijan mustard
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter substitute
