- 1 cup fat free evaporated milk
- 1 cup small curd fat free cottage cheese-plain or with chives
- 1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tbsp Dijan mustard
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter substitute
