- 4-8 TBS brown sugar (1-2 TABLESPNS BROWN OR light brown sugar PER APPLE)
- 1-2 TABLESPOON ground cinnamon
- THE FUN BEGINS.....
- 4-6 TABLESPOONS REMY OR calvados
- 3-4 CUPS PLAIN YOGERT (I LOVE THE CREAM ON TOP STONYFIELD... REMEMBER TO SHARE THE THICK RICH CREAM TOP ON THE YOGERT WTH EVERYONE!

THE HARDEST PART OF THIS DISH IS GETTING THE SEEDS OUT OF THE APPLE W/OUT BREAKING THE APPLE APART. APPLE BREAKDOWN. I'VE ALWAYS LOVED THIS DISH WITH ICE CREAM, IT'S HARDER TO WORK OFF ICE CREAM THAN IT IS YOGERT. I LIKE STONYFIELD WITH THE CREAM ON TOP.
