Artichoke Frittata Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 - 6 oz. jars of marinated artichokes hearts, chopped-reserve liquid from one jar
  • 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs.
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp each of oregano, Tabasco and ground black pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic-minced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Description

My Family Has Been Making This For Over Thirty Years. It Comes From An Older Sister's Fourth Grade Class Cookbook. I Use Fresh Bread Crumbs That Are Not Very Fine.
