- 2 - 6 oz. jars of marinated artichokes hearts, chopped-reserve liquid from one jar
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs.
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp each of oregano, Tabasco and ground black pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic-minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
