  • 1 1/2 c cooked corn, drained
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalepeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T capers, drained
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/2 t salt
