  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1 bundle thick asparagus (about 2 lbs), ends discarded; chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested & halved
  • 1/4 cup white wine, divided
  • dried oregano, ground black pepper, kosher salt
  • olive oil
