• 1 whole canned green chile, hot or mild, doesn't matter...whatever you like!
• 1 piece of pepper jack cheese...I used the string cheese type, it's the perfect size
• 2 strips of applewood smoked bacon
• One pinch each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
• SAUCE:
• 1/4 cup chicken broth or stock
• 1 canned green chile, chopped
• 1 chipotle pepper, minced
• 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
• 1 small shallot, minced
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
