- 5 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1 container 675 gm molasses
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt or buttermile
- 2 eggs
- Mix together in extra large bowl
- After mixing stir in
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1 cup of mixed dried fruit
- Dry ingredients
- 2 cups flour (whole wheat, oat, soy)
- 1 cup natural bran
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup ground flax
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seed (or a mixture of seeds of any choice)
- 1 cup flaked almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
