Marinated Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vinegar (I use cider because I like the flavor better)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 tesp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can french green beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) can English peas, drained
  • 1 (12 oz) can shoe peg whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
