- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- FILLING:
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg dried apricots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
