Jetts Summer Sumi Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large head green cabbage(about 2 1/2 lbs)shredded
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions, green part only
  • 2 packages(3 oz each) chicken flavored ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1 package ramen noodle chicken flavor seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup canola or sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons seasoned brown rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

A Co-worker Brought This Delicious Salad To Our Office Party. Don't Knock It 'til You Try It! Great For Picnics Since There Is No Mayonnaise. Prep Time Does Not Include Overnite Refrigeration.
