- 4 oz onion powder
- 8 oz paprika-Use GOOD stuff-Makes a difference
- 3 oz cumin-Sometimes I don't bother BUT the wife knows
- 4 oz kosher salt-Sometimes cut in half but not often
- 16 oz brown sugar
- 4 oz black pepper
