Ingredients
- 4 cups of apples, peeled, cored and cut into pieces. Any cooking apple will do just fine. (Northern Spy, Cortland, Spartan or Granny Smith for example)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- butter enough to saute apples and butter the pan.
- You may want to add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Optional.
