• 2 cups cooked chicken, cut in pieces, may use left-over chicken or Rotisserie
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 large carton. ricotta cheese
• 2 cups, Jack cheese, grated
• 1 cup, parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp nutmeg
