- 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
- 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms, sliced ( can use canned, drained)
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 can (14oz.) fat free chicken broth
- 1 cup skim milk or regular milk
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 16 oz. pkg thin spaghetti
