- 1 can of asparagus salad tips
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (mild)
- 2 hard boiled eggs mashed
- 3 spring onions finely chopped
- 4 Tbs of mayo
- 1/2 tsp of American style or sweetish mustard
- I Tbs finely chopped Italian parsley (opitional)
- salt and ground balck pepper to taste
