Ingredients
- 2 slices of any kind of wholemeal bread (I like 'seeded batch' with plenty of added whole-grains but use whatever you please)
- 1 avocado, halved, stone removed
- 1 medium sized onion - finely diced
- 4oz of diced cucumber
- 1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 slices of any medium tasting cheese - typically cheddar - but any similar will do
- 1/3rd of a tspn of cayenne pepper
- a pinch of salt
- a few drops of lemon or lime juice
