- 1 cup chopped apricots
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 6 slices thin bacon( we used turkey bacon )
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 med shallot minced
- 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemeary
- 1 egg beaten
