Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef (you can use ground turkey, chicken or pork)
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 1 green pepper, finely diced
• 2 tsp. salt
• pepper
• 3 Tbsp. Picante salsa Sauce (I use medium spicy)
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
• 1 Tbsp. garlic powder - or 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2-3 drops Tabasco
• 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
• 1/2 cup margarine or butter
• 4 Tbsp. flour
• 1-1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese (Monterey Jack or swiss cheese works well also)
• 18 soft corn tortillas
• Note: I have added a can of refried beans or I have actually taken a can of beans in tomato sauce and mashed them. Either way, the addition is excellent!!!
