- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, quartered
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 can (14-onuce) artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 med. tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 cup fresh spinach, torn
