  • 2 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 can (16 oz) refreid beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Got This From A Rosarita Refried Beans Can, But Really Liked It. It Calls For Chicken Thighs, But I Used Boneless Skinless Breasts.
